Open-Source Architecture (Full Version)

This video presents the full version of Joseph Grima's talk on “Open-Source Architecture”—a way of designing buildings and other objects that brings end users to the fore in the design process. This participatory approach conceives of design as a viewpoint onto the everyday life of the people who will use the created object—be it a house or a bicycle—and attempts to leverage the work of designing to empower them.
