The Dynamic Connections Map is an interactive biking map for the city of Berlin. While traditional mapping efforts show the here and now, the Dynamic Connections Map shows both the current Berlin biking network and its potential future. Die Dynamic Connections Map bewertet basierend auf einer Vielzahl von Kriterien wie dem Verkehrsvolumen, der Topografie und Sicherheitsbetrachtungen verschiedene Berliner Strassen auf deren Fahrrad-Freundlichkeit. Nutzer können bestimmen, welche Strassen in Zukunft eine Fahrrad-Infrastruktur haben sollen, indem sie eine Crowd-Sourcing-Karte des potenziellen zukünftigen Radfahr-Netzes für Berlin erstellen.
The Dynamic Connections Map rates different Berlin streets on their amenability for cycling, based on a variety of criteria, including traffic volume, topography, and safety considerations. Users are able to identify which streets should have future biking infrastructure, creating a crowdsourced map of the potential future biking network in Berlin.
