ReciproCITY: Roaming, Perceiving, and Experiencing the City ReciproCITY - Stadt durchstreifen - wahrnehmen - erfahren

In a city like Berlin, the most diverse needs and views meet. During a walk in the area surrounding Pfefferberg, these thoughts, perceptions, and wishes will be noted down and captured with cameras by interested neighbors and visitors. We will capture and visualize the very individual experience of city and space. What do you find beautiful in the city? What spaces do you experience aesthetically? The resulting dialogue between pedestrians and the city will be continued as the outcomes of these walks become visible in city space. During this walk, we will gain a change of perspective and time to reflect: what did somebody else feel and think at this very point? What do I see and feel in turn?

ReciproCITY is organized by Andrea Respondek and Kyra Porada.

Andrea Respondek is a landscape architect. For her thesis at the Technical University of Berlin she worked with participation in an experimental way in urban and landscape planning.

Kyra Porada is an exhibition and graphic designer who is passionate about interactive exhibition strategies. She graduated from the State University of New York with a bachelor of fine arts and completed her master’s degree in exhibition design at the Fachhochschule, Düsseldorf. She lives and works in Berlin.
